VRS 55 Enduro Weekly and Long-Term Maintenance

The VRS 55 Enduro is designed for daily operation, but also benefits from weekly maintenance to ensure continued efficiency. Scheduled upkeep supports durability, especially in dusty or high-traffic areas.

1. HEPA Filter

  1. Clean the HEPA filter after every 2–3 hours of scrubbing or if operating in dusty environments.

  2. Remove the wasted water bucket and empty it.

  3. Use a soft brush to gently clean the HEPA filter surface.

For full instructions, see the VRS 55 Enduro HEPA Filter Maintenance

2. Sensor Maintenance (RGBD, Lidar, Ultrasonic, Laser)

  1. Use a dry electrostatic cloth to gently wipe all sensor surfaces.

  2. Check for and remove dust, water spots or smudges.

For proper cleaning steps, refer to How to Maintain the VRS 55 Enduro Sensors

3. Cleaning Chamber and Air Duct

  1. Remove the sweeper and scrubber brushes.

  2. Use the blue cleaning brush to sweep out the brush chamber.

  3. Clean inside the air duct near the water tank.

This should be done once a week, or every 3 days in dusty environments.
