If your VRS 55 Enduro makes unexpected or loud sounds while operating, this may indicate that one of the moving parts is obstructed. Most often, debris becomes tangled in the brushes or wheels.
1. Stop the Robot and Inspect the Underside

Power off the robot completely.

Place it on a clean, flat surface and flip it over carefully.
2. Check the Brushes and Wheels

Look for hair, string, or debris tangled around:

Main brush

Side brush
-
Left and right wheels
-

Use scissors or a brush to carefully remove any material that is wrapped around the parts.
3. Reinstall and Test

After cleaning, reattach the brushes properly.

Power the robot back on and start a short cleaning test to check if the sound has been resolved.
