If your VRS 55 Enduro still contains dust or debris in the dust box after using the auto-empty function, it may be due to a full dust bag, blocked airflow or an improperly sealed dock. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Check the Dust Bag

Open the dock and check whether the dust bag is full.

If it appears full, it may need to be emptied.

A full dust bag can prevent proper suction during dust transfer.
2. Inspect for Blockages

Look for dust buildup or debris in the dust collection path.

Check the outlet and base of the dock for any obstructions.
3. Confirm the Dock Is Properly Closed

Make sure the top cover of the dock is securely fastened.

Check that the sealing strip is clean and properly sealed.
