If your VRS 55 Enduro cannot connect to the mobile app, the issue is usually related to Wi-Fi settings or signal strength. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the connection.
1. Check the Wi-Fi Password

Make sure the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly when pairing the device.

The app will not connect if the password is incorrect.
2. Ensure a Strong Wi-Fi Signal

Place the robot and dock in an area with strong Wi-Fi coverage.

Weak signals or dead zones can prevent a successful connection.
3. Reset the Wi-Fi

Follow the user guide to reset the robot’s Wi-Fi settings.

4. Update the App
