VRS 55 Enduro Cannot Connect to the App

If your VRS 55 Enduro cannot connect to the mobile app, the issue is usually related to Wi-Fi settings or signal strength. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the connection.


1. Check the Wi-Fi Password

  • Make sure the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly when pairing the device.

  • The app will not connect if the password is incorrect.


2. Ensure a Strong Wi-Fi Signal

  • Place the robot and dock in an area with strong Wi-Fi coverage.

  • Weak signals or dead zones can prevent a successful connection.


3. Reset the Wi-Fi

  • Follow the user guide to reset the robot’s Wi-Fi settings.

  • Press and hold the appropriate buttons until the robot announces Wi-Fi reset mode.


4. Update the App

  • Download the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play.

  • An outdated app may have trouble pairing with the device.
