1. Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength

Ensure that the robot and its dock are located in a stable Wi-Fi area.

Avoid placing the dock near thick walls or metal surfaces that can block signals.
2. Reset the Wi-Fi on the Robot

Follow the instructions in the user manual to reset the Wi-Fi configuration.

Re-enter the Wi-Fi credentials and connect the robot to the app again.
3. Restart the Router

If the network is unstable, restart the Wi-Fi router to refresh the connection.
