VRS 55 Enduro Appears Offline in the App

If your VRS 55 Enduro shows as offline in the mobile app, the issue is typically related to Wi-Fi signal loss or pairing interruptions. Use the steps below to restore the connection.


1. Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength

  • Ensure that the robot and its dock are located in a stable Wi-Fi area.

  • Avoid placing the dock near thick walls or metal surfaces that can block signals.


2. Reset the Wi-Fi on the Robot

  • Follow the instructions in the user manual to reset the Wi-Fi configuration.

  • Re-enter the Wi-Fi credentials and connect the robot to the app again.


3. Restart the Router

  • If the network is unstable, restart the Wi-Fi router to refresh the connection.

  • After restarting, try reconnecting the robot via the app.
