To maintain optimal cleaning performance and hygiene, it’s important to regularly empty and clean the sewage (waste) water tank on your VRS 55 Enduro. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for safe and effective cleaning.

VRS 55 Enduro: How to Clean the Water Tank

1. When to Clean the Sewage Water Tank

  • After every full cleaning cycle, or

  • When the app or machine indicates “Sewage Tank Full”

Leaving dirty water inside for long periods may cause unpleasant odour or sensor malfunction.

2. Open the Sewage Tank Compartment

  • Power off the machine or place it in standby mode.

  • Locate the sewage tank compartment on the back side of the robot body.

  • Lift the cover and gently pull out the sewage tank handle.

3. Empty the Dirty Water

  • Hold the tank over a suitable drainage point.

  • Open the drain cap and allow all wastewater to pour out.

  • You may gently shake the tank to help clear out any residue.

4. Rinse the Inside Thoroughly

  • Fill the tank with clean tap water through the opening.

  • Close the cap and shake it gently.

  • Open the cap again and pour out the rinse water.

  • Repeat until the water drains out clear.

5. Dry and Reinstall

  • Wipe the exterior of the tank with a dry cloth.

  • Let the inside air dry if possible.

  • Reinsert the tank firmly back into its slot, ensuring it clicks into place.

6. Final Check

  • Confirm there are no leaks around the tank.

  • Close the compartment cover fully before restarting the machine.

If the sewage tank cannot be removed or the sensor still indicates "full," please contact the Floorbotics support team for assistance.
