What to Do When VR 35 Says Pull Out the Plug

📢 Voice announcement: “Please pull out the plug from robot.”

If your VR 35 says this message, it usually means the robot is being charged directly by the adapter and is waiting for you to unplug it before use. This article explains why this occurs and what to do.


1. Understand the Charging Method

The VR 35 supports two charging methods:

  • Standard: Auto-empty charging dock

  • Alternative: Direct charging via adapter plugged into the robot

When using direct charging (plug into the side port), the robot cannot begin cleaning until the cable is removed.


2. Follow the Instruction: Unplug the Robot

  • Locate the charging cable connected to the robot directly.

  • Unplug it from the side port carefully.

  • Once the plug is removed, the voice prompt should stop.


3. Resume Use Normally

  • After unplugging:

    • The robot will enter standby mode.

    • You can now press the start button or use the app to begin cleaning.


4. Recommendation for Daily Use

  • For normal operation, it is best to use the charging dock, which allows the robot to:

    • Charge automatically

    • Empty dust

    • Resume cleaning without unplugging manually
