📢 Voice announcement: “Please put robot back to ground.”
If your VR 35 displays this message, it means the robot has detected that it is lifted off the ground. For safety and correct operation, it needs to be placed flat on a stable surface before continuing.
1. Understand What This Message Means
-
The robot uses sensors to detect whether it is in contact with the floor.
-
If it is tilted, lifted or placed on an uneven surface, it will pause and request to be returned to the ground.
2. Check the Robot’s Position
-
Make sure the robot is not:
-
Resting on an obstacle or slope
-
Tilted on its side
-
Sitting on thick carpet edges or a door threshold
-
-
If it is in the air or on an angle, gently reposition it.
3. Place the Robot on a Flat, Level Surface
-
Put the robot down on hard flooring or low-pile carpet.
-
Ensure all wheels and sensors are in full contact with the ground.
4. Restart the Cleaning Task
-
Press the power button or use the app to resume cleaning.
-
The robot should now continue without the warning.
If the message repeats even after proper placement, please contact the Floorbotics support team for further assistance.
