📢 Voice announcement: “Please clean right side brush.”
If your VR 35 displays a right side brush error, it means the brush may be obstructed or not rotating properly. This guide provides clear steps to resolve the issue.
1. Turn Off the Robot Before Cleaning

Switch off the robot using the main power switch on the side.

Remove the unit from the dock if it is currently charging.
2. Remove the Right Side Brush

Flip the robot over and locate the right side brush (marked “R”).

Gently pull the brush upward to detach it from the socket.
3. Inspect for Tangled Debris

Check the brush hub and mounting point for:

Hair or thread wound around the axle

Dust buildup or obstructions

Use the supplied cleaning tool or tweezers to remove any debris.
4. Clean the Brush and Socket Area

Wipe the brush and the contact area with a dry, soft cloth.

Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
5. Reinstall the Brush Correctly

Align the brush and press it firmly into the socket until it is secure.

The brush should spin freely without resistance.
6. Power On and Test

Turn the power switch back ON (“–”).
-
The robot should start without the error announcement.
