If your VR 35 announces an error related to the left side brush, it means the brush is either blocked or not rotating properly. This article guides you through the recommended steps to resolve the issue.
1. Check the Battery Level

If the battery is too low (1%–20%), the machine may not respond.

Place the robot directly onto the charging dock, ensuring the contacts align properly.

Charging will begin automatically, and the machine will power on once there is enough charge.
Tip: Always start cleaning from the charging dock when possible.
2. Confirm Operating Temperature

The VR 35 is designed to work between 0°C and 40°C.

If the surrounding temperature is too cold or too hot, the machine may not start.

Move the unit to a suitable indoor environment before turning it on.
3. Wait a Few Seconds

After connecting to the dock, give the robot a few seconds to respond.

You may hear a voice prompt or see an indicator light once it starts charging.
