How to Check and Clean VR 35 Turbo Brush Error

📢 Voice announcement: “Please check and clean turbo brush.”

If your VR 35 displays a turbo brush error, it means the main brush (roller brush) may be blocked, tangled or not rotating properly. This guide walks you through the cleaning process.

1. Power Off the Robot

  • Turn off the robot using the power switch on the side.

  • Remove it from the dock and place it on a clean surface, upside down.

2. Remove the Turbo Brush Cover

  • Locate the roller brush compartment at the centre of the underside.

  • Press and release the turbo brush cover to open it.

  • Take out the roller brush carefully.

3. Clean the Turbo Brush

  • Use the included cleaning tool to remove:

    • Hair

    • Thread

    • Dust wrapped around the brush

  • Check the ends of the brush for debris stuck near the rotating pins.

  • Wipe the brush surface with a dry cloth if needed.

4. Clean the Brush Channel

  • Use a cloth or brush to clean inside the brush housing (brush channel).

  • Make sure there are no blockages or stuck objects.

5. Reassemble the Brush

  • Place the cleaned turbo brush back into its slot.

  • Close the cover until it clicks securely.

  • Ensure the brush rotates smoothly before turning the robot back on.
