Regular care keeps your VR 35 Max performing at its best. This guide explains what your team should do for daily and weekly maintenance. No tools are required.
Daily Maintenance
These quick steps help prevent blockages and ensure consistent cleaning performance.
1. Cleaning the Dust Box
- Press the release button and remove the dust box
- Open the filter cover and dispose of any collected debris.
- Open the primary filter and remove the high-efficiency filter to clear any dust.
2. Check the Mop Brush
- Remove and rinse the pads if they are damp or heavily soiled.
- Hang to air dry. Do not use fabric softeners or expose them to direct sunlight.
3. Water Tank Care: Clean Water and Dirty Water
- Remove the tank and refill with clean water
- Empty dirty water tank
- Close lid and insert both clean & waste water tanks into base
Weekly Maintenance
1. Cleaning Side Brush & Mop Cloth
- Turn the machine over and pull the side brush straight up vertically.
- Remove any tangled hair in the side brushes using the cleaning brush.
- Swap the microfibre mop pad with new clean set if the mop pads are dirty.
2. Cleaning Tray & Tray Area
- Remove the cleaning tray
- Rinse and scrub the cleaning tray with a cleaning brush
- Use the cleaning brush to clean the cleaning tray area
- Reinstall the cleaning tray
3. Dust Box & Dustbin Filter

Open the primary filter and remove the high-efficiency filter.
- Wash the high-efficiency filter with clean water (do not use detergent). Avoid using brushes on the filter; gently clean it with your fingers.

Allow the dust box and filters to air dry completely before reinstalling. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
4. Clean Tanks in the Dock
- Clean inside both tanks with a cleaning brush, rinse with clean water and dry them prior to reinstall.
