If your VR 35 Max becomes unresponsive or fails to operate correctly, a force restart can help restore normal functionality. This guide explains how to restart the robot safely without causing damage.
1. When to Use a Force Restart
A force restart is useful in the following situations:

The robot is frozen and not responding to any buttons

The app cannot detect the robot even after a normal Wi-Fi reset

The robot displays unusual behaviour and cannot be turned off normally
2. How to Perform a Force Restart

Locate the Reset button on the underside of the robot.

Use a thin pin or small tool to press and hold the button for 3 seconds.

You should hear a confirmation sound or see the indicator light flash, confirming the restart has begun.
3. Important Notes

Do not use sharp metal tools or excessive force when pressing the reset button.

Do not attempt to remove the battery or open the device housing.

Ensure the robot is not actively charging when performing the restart.
