1. Unscrew the fixing screws 1 from the front-bottom guard plate;

2. Open the access cover plates on the left and right sides and unscrew the fixing screws 2 (with one on the left and one on the right respectively) of the front-bottom guard plate. Pull out the front-bottom guard plate toward and disconnect the light strip and bumper strip plug harness.

3. Unscrew the fixing screws 1 (6 pieces) at the lower section of the mid-front guard plate.

|

|
4. Unscrew the fixing screws 1 (8 pieces) on the left and right sides of the mid-front guard plate. Then forcibly remove the mid-front guard plate forward and downward to disconnect the ultrasonic sensor connecting harness connector.

5. Disconnect the fan power connector, loosen the fan connecting pipeline clamp and disconnect the connecting pipe. Remove the screws 1 of the fan fixing bracket and remove the fan.
When installing, the fixing screws should be applied with a thread adhesive.

6. Unscrew the fan’s fixing screws and replace.
When installing a new fan, clean the pipeline first to prevent foreign matter, such as water in the pipeline, from affecting the life of the fan.
When installing, the fan’s fixing screws should be applied with 243 thread adhesive to prevent them from loosening due to bumping.
