Core tasks

1. Open the lower access panels on both sides of the product (from rear to front). Turn on the product and drop the rolling brush module to its lowest position. Then, perform emergency stopping or directly power off the product.

2. Unscrew the outer cover’s fixing screws 1 and remove the rolling brush’s outer cover.

When installing, the fixing screws should be applied with 243 thread adhesive.

3. Loosen the fixing screws of the tensioning wheel and remove the belt;

When installing, the fixing screws should be applied with 243 thread adhesive.

4. Lower the cleaning module, manually rotate the rolling brush pulley, find and unscrew two screwing pins and then remove the rolling brush pulley.

When disassembling, pay attention to the position of the installed parallel key. Ensure that the screwing pins are not missing. When installing, the screwing pins should be applied with 243 thread adhesive. 

Unscrew the fixing screws of the rolling brush and remove the rolling brush for replacement.

When installing, the fixing screws should be applied with 243 thread adhesive to prevent them from loosening due to bumping.
