The Quad 800 workstation features indicator lights on top of the unit that show the current status of the machine. These lights help operators understand whether the system is powered, ready, running a task or showing a fault. Knowing what each light means can help you respond quickly and avoid interruptions during cleaning.
What Each Light Pattern Means

No Light (OFF):
The machine is powered off. If it should be on, check the main power switch. -
Red Light (Solid):
The emergency stop (E-stop) button is active. Twist the button clockwise to release it and restore normal function. -
Green Light (Solid):
The machine is powered on and ready for use. No errors are detected. -
Green Light (Blinking at 1 Hz):
A task is scheduled and ready to run. The system is in standby for an upcoming cleaning task. -
Yellow Light (Solid):
A low voltage output error has occurred. This may relate to the power supply or internal battery system. Check the charger or contact support if needed.
