How to Fix It
1. Test the Power Socket
Plug the charger into another working socket to confirm power supply.
2. Check Charger Indicator
Solid red = Charging normally
Off or flashing = Charger fault

3. Monitor Battery Percentage
If the charger appears normal but the battery percentage does not increase, contact support for battery inspection or replacement.
