How to Fix It
1. Adjust Brush Pressure
Go to Cleaning Mode Settings in the App. Set brush pressure to High, Medium, or Low and brush speed to Medium.
2. Check Water Tanks
Empty the recovery (sewage) tank and refill the clean water tank if required.
3. Remove Brush Obstructions
Check the App for over-current warnings. Remove the roller brushes and clear any hair or debris.
