How to Fix It
1. Lower the Squeegee
Check Cleaning Mode settings and ensure the squeegee is lowered properly.
2. Turn On Suction Function
Enable suction in the Cleaning Mode settings via the App.
3. Empty or Refill Tanks
Empty the sewage tank and refill the clean water tank before resuming cleaning.
4. Inspect Suction Hose
Ensure the hose is securely connected and free of blockages.
5. Adjust Squeegee Wheel
Adjust the universal wheel so the rubber blade maintains firm contact with the floor.
6. Clean or Replace Absorbent Strip
Remove debris from the strip, reshape if required, or replace if worn.
