Common Reasons
The machine was moving too fast during mapping
The laser sensor is dusty or obstructed
The environment contains glass walls or transparent materials
How to Fix It
1. Reduce Mapping Speed
Go to the mapping interface and adjust speed to Medium or Low. Manually drive the machine slowly around the area to rebuild the map.
2. Clean the Laser Sensor
Use a dust-free cloth to clean the outer cover of the laser sensor. Remove any objects blocking the sensor.
3. Set Virtual Walls
If mapping near glass or transparent materials, use virtual walls to define clear boundaries.

For best results, perform mapping in a low-traffic environment and avoid reflective or highly transparent surfaces where possible.
